Vision Zircon Discs

Vision-Zircon-Discs made of high performance Zirconiumdioxid.

Our Zircon-Discs are constructed with Tosoh material of first class quality. The rounds have a diameter of 98mm and are available in different thicknesses of 10, 14, 18, 20, 25 mm.
A specific thickness can be produced on request.

With this material, it is possible to create either a single coping, as well as to produce bridges with a long range. Primaries or abutments, there are no limits. At the same time Zirconiumdioxid is completely biocompatible and caters with its tooth-like colour to the highest aesthetic demands.

The discs are delivered in the so-called pre-sintered state which allows to machine them quickly and still with no risk of damage for the material and cutters. The milled frameworks are sintered at 1450 ° C in appropriate HT ovens. The holding time is 2 hours. Heating and cooling conditions depend on the size of objects and the controller.
