Vision Esthetic
Given the increasing demand for full ceramic systems and the succsess of Vision Classic, Vision Esthetic was developed and presented in 1999 at the IDS. As a dual ceramic system for full and metal ceramics in a low fusing range developed, with a antagonist friendly hardness and for universal alloys, trendsetting. The manufactoring process similar to Vision Classic, Vision Esthetic secures the technician equally in the benefits of shade accuracy and processing. -
Vision Esthetic2
Who is standing still will not move forward. In order to counteract this, we the Wohlwend AG have moved and want to introduce the new Vision Esthetic2. Retaining the advantages of Vision Esthetic, to facilitate processing was our goal.

We have implemented our knowledge and developed a zircon ceramic.This is characrerized by best adhesion values. The optimum CTE range (9,5) allows to work with every kind of zirconia frameworks.As press to zirconia has also an immense popularity, is our Vision-Zirkon been supplemented by a press system.Thus, this is also a duale system, to combine a higher efficiency with a great esthetic. -

Vision Zirkon Discs
Our Zircon-Discs are constructed with Tosoh material of first class quality. The rounds have a diameter of 98mm and are available in different thicknesses of 10, 14, 18, 20, 25 mm. A specific thickness can be produced on request. With this material, it is possible to create either a single coping, as well as to produce bridges with a long range. Primaries or abutments, there are no limits

Vision Zircon Coloringliquid
The fluid is used to colour the ready-milled and refinished zircon framework before sintering. The colouring is done by the immersion of the work in the fluid. In doing so the liquid infiltrates the zirconium. The painting with a brush is also possible..
