Remove strip from paper, form a ring to the appropriate mark. Slip onto base and adapt stabilizing ring.

(These steps are not neccessary when using Silicon ring)

Carefully remove the stabilizing ring and fit the ring former, twisting it carefully.

Investment must overflow through the opening.

After bench set, remove / Silicon ring, base and ring former, then clean the bottom surface with a plaster knife. This must be absolutely flat, so that the ring stands perfectly upright in the pressing furnace.

(IMPORTANT: Do not preheat the ingots!!)
