Apply spacer in a thin layer 1 mm above the prep margin on crowns, veneers, inlays and onlays.

 

Build up technique:

Either full wax up, reduced wax up or waxed as a coping. Minimum thickness 0,8 mm or 2/3 press material with 1/3 overlay ceramic.

 
Staining Technique:

Full contour wax up. No loss of dimensions during pressing and firing processes.

 
Wax weight up to 0,6gr = 1 Ingot
Wax weight 0,6gr – 1,3gr = 2 Ingots
Spruing:

Use 6 or 8 gauge ash free sprues with a lengh of 4-7 mm. Copings are sprued with an outward taper at both sprue base and coping. Sprues are connected to the coping in a straight line so as not to restrict the flow of the molten ingot. Sprues should be angled slightly outward with a 3 mm distance between copings.

Always use 100% ash free waxes and sprues.
Do not use debubilizer!
