Mark the length using spare plunger.

Cut along the line, using seperating disk.

Carefully break segments apart.

Carfully sandblast objects with glass beads. Start with 60 psi pressure, as soon as objects appear turn pressure down to 35 psi proceed blasting carefully.
DO NOT USE ALUMINIUM OXIDE

 

Carefully sperate the sprue from the objects with a sharp diamond disk.
Check the fit and finish with fine diamond burs and silicon rubber wheels.

 

Do not use carbide burs or high speed handpieces.

 

Prepare objects to desired conture
(texture, contacts. etc.).

Sandblast with 50µ aluminium oxide with low pressure and clean.

Additions can be made, using overlay material, Customize the restoration according to situation, using Stains. This can be repeated several times. After desired effects are achieved, glaze one or twice as required. Firing is carried out on firing pillow.
